2. Booking And Payment Policy

2.1. Bookings For AC Rooms, AC Convention Hall, AC Banquet Hall, And Zamindar Restaurant Must Be Made In Advance.
2.2. A Confirmation Email Or Message Will Be Sent Upon Successful Booking.
2.3. Payments Can Be Made Online Or At The Hotel. We Accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, And Other Approved Payment Methods.
2.4. Price Are Exclusive Of Taxes And Taxes Are Collected Subject To The GOVT Rules And Regulations.

3. Cancellation And Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations Must Be Made At Least 48 Hours Prior To The Booking Date For A Full Refund.
3.2. Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours Of The Booking Date May Incur A Cancellation Fee.
3.3. No Refunds Will Be Provided For No-Shows Or Last-Minute Cancellations.
3.4. Refunds Will Be Processed Within 7-10 Business Days.

4. Check-In And Check-Out Policy

4.1. Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
4.2. Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
4.3. Early Check-In And Late Check-Out Are Subject To Availability And May Incur Additional Charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1. Guests Are Responsible For Any Loss Or Damage To Hotel Property During Their Stay.
5.2. Smoking Is Prohibited In Non-Smoking Areas.
5.3. Illegal Activities, Including The Use Of Prohibited Substances, Are Strictly Forbidden On The Hotel Premises.
5.4. Pets Are Not Allowed Without Prior Approval From The Hotel Management.

6. Liability

6.1. Hotel Sahasra DLA Will Not Be Held Liable For:

• Any Loss, Theft, Or Damage To Personal Belongings Of Guests.
• Any Injury Or Illness Sustained During The Stay Or Event Unless Proven To Be Caused By Hotel Negligence.

6.2. Guests Are Advised To Keep Their Valuables Secure Or Use The Hotel’s Safety Deposit Facilities.
